As a junior designer I initiated a department-wide project in which I created a team survey and created an infographic on our department based on the data that was collected. Despite already having a full plate of work, this was a fun project to lead, and was used as a tool to highlight to the company the amount of talent within Creative Services as well as some of our lesser-known capabilities to existing and potential clients. Needless to say this piece helped to initiate conversations with new clients and helped to increase the number of jobs going through the department!
